Experience

Nick Adamy has been working with private companies for over 20 years to help owners and executives understand, grow, and transition value. His experience covers a wide range of companies and industries that represent a broad cross-section of the US private economy.

Prior to joining the firm, Nick was a Vice President in the Corporate Financial Advisory and Investment Banking practice of Duff & Phelps, LLC (now Kroll). He spent the early part of his career in the auto industry in engineering and strategic planning roles with a Tier 1 automotive supplier.

Nick is the President of Adamy Valuation, where he continues to build on the legacy of client and community service established by his late father and firm founder, Rick Adamy.

Professional Activities

Business owners and executives rely on Nick’s valuation and business expertise to help overcome obstacles in major events such as mergers and acquisitions, family ownership succession, leadership succession, growth initiatives, ownership disputes, and other strategic events.

Nick is a firm believer in the importance of community. He is actively engaged in the local community as well as the national ESOP and valuation communities through a variety of volunteer and leadership roles.

Outside of work, Nick enjoys cooking delicious food for people he loves, lifting heavy things, and exploring the world with his wife and children.
