As Interim Chief Operating Officer at Adamy Valuation, Robert Heath, Sr. is responsible for driving operational excellence, aligning firm strategy with execution, and ensuring the team has the tools, systems, and leadership support needed to perform at the highest level. Working closely with the leadership team, Robert focuses on streamlining processes, optimizing team performance, and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Robert brings over 25 years of leadership experience across multiple industries, including business consulting, law, real estate, education, and the military. Before joining Adamy, he built and led the Legacy Leadership Consulting Group, where he helped organizations ranging from startups to Fortune 500 companies enhance leadership effectiveness, optimize operational structures, and create sustainable business growth. His expertise in process improvement, strategic execution, and leadership development makes him uniquely positioned to support Adamy Valuation as it continues to scale.

Professional Activities

As a former Marine Corps officer and Company Commander, Robert is no stranger to leading complex teams under high-stakes conditions. His ability to build structure, drive execution, and inspire growth ensures that Adamy Valuation continues to operate with efficiency, integrity, and a relentless commitment to excellence.

Outside of Work

Beyond his professional work, Robert is deeply committed to serving his community. He is the President and Board Chairman of the Legacy Builders Foundation, a nonprofit focused on empowering families. He also sits on the board of Remembrance Ranch, an organization that provides mentorship and transformational experiences for at-risk youth. Additionally, he serves as a mentor at Alpha Grand Rapids, where he works to support individuals and families striving for stability and success. Through his leadership and service, Robert continues to invest in building stronger communities, empowering individuals, and fostering meaningful change.
