Luke is a Senior Analyst at Adamy Valuation, having joined in 2020. He specializes in valuation and financial advisory services relating to equity incentive plans, including employee stock ownership plans (ESOPs); estate and gift tax reporting; succession planning; and corporate strategic planning.
Prior to joining Adamy, Luke lived in Costa Rica for a year, working with a non-profit to integrate refugees into the economy and helping promote community development. Before Costa Rica, Luke worked as a Senior Commercial Credit Analyst at a Michigan-based bank. In this role, he was responsible for assessing credit risk through the underwriting of commercial loan requests. Luke graduated from Calvin University with a focus on finance and accounting. While there, he was involved in leadership with Knight Investment Management, Calvin’s student investment club that manages a portion of the school’s endowment.
Outside of the office, Luke enjoys spending time with family and friends. He loves playing sports and following his favorite teams (USMNT, Cubs, Lions). He also enjoys hiking, board games, and being an active member at Monroe Community Church. Together with his wife, Laurel, they enjoy traveling in the United States and around the world, enjoying nature and being exposed to different cultures. He’d love to hear about your favorite travels!
