Experience

Luke is a Senior Analyst at Adamy Valuation, having joined in 2020. He specializes in valuation and financial advisory services relating to employee stock ownership plans (ESOPs), equity incentive plans, charitable donations, estate and gift tax reporting, and general succession planning. Prior to joining Adamy, Luke lived in Costa Rica for a year, working with a non-profit to integrate refugees into the economy and helping promote community development. Before Costa Rica, Luke worked in commercial credit at a Michigan-based bank.

Luke attends local business events, including ACG events.

Outside of Work

Outside of the office, Luke enjoys spending time with family and friends. He loves playing sports and following his favorite teams (USMNT, Cubs, Lions). He also enjoys hiking, board games, and being an active member at Monroe Community Church. At his church, he’s part of the finance team. Together with his wife, Laurel, they enjoy traveling in the United States and around the world, enjoying nature and being exposed to different cultures.
