Jeff Denning is an experienced and accredited business valuation and forensic accounting expert. He serves clients with forensic accounting and/or valuation needs for estate and gift planning purposes, litigation, ownership disputes, family law and other purposes.
His extensive experience includes serving as a trusted consultant, expert witness, and jointly-appointed expert. Jeff has 25 years of experience in the professional service areas of business valuation, forensic accounting, determination of damages, divorce settlement structuring, litigation consulting, mergers and acquisitions, succession planning, corporate restructuring, estate planning, and other business advisory services.
Jeff also has five years of experience with a multinational manufacturing company.
He has spoken locally for a variety of business and professional groups on various business valuation, forensic accounting, and litigation related topics. He has testified in numerous State and Federal Courts over the years.

OUTSIDE OF WORK
Jeff and his wife Maria now reside in Ft. Myers, Florida. They are also updating a townhome for seasonal living in the Warehouse District of Downtown Toledo. They have a son and a daughter. When he is not serving clients, Jeff likes to spend his free time bicycling, swimming, playing some pickle ball, and being with family and friends.
