Kathryn joined Adamy Valuation in 2018 as an Analyst. Her primary responsibilities include providing clients with valuation and financial advisory services in connection with employee stock ownership plans, mergers and acquisitions, management succession planning, corporate strategic planning, and other financial transactions.

Prior to joining Adamy, Kathryn worked in taxation in the public accounting industry for a global accounting and consulting firm and later for a full-service accounting and consulting firm. Kathryn specialized in tax compliance and planning for high net worth individuals and charitable organizations. Her expertise includes income, trust, gift, and nonprofit taxation.

Kathryn earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Business Economics from Grand Valley State University. As an active member of the community, Kathryn has facilitated multiple community service and charity fundraising events for local organizations, including the West Michigan Humane Society, Special Olympics of Michigan, and Junior Achievement of Michigan.
