Experience

Riley joined Adamy Valuation in 2025 as an Analyst. His primary responsibilities include providing clients with valuation and financial advisory services in connection with employee stock ownership plans (ESOPs), mergers and acquisitions, succession planning, and other financial transactions. With a background in finance and data analytics, Riley brings a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach to each engagement, with a focus on delivering clear and reliable conclusions.

Prior to joining Adamy, Riley worked as a data analyst, where he developed dashboards, performed financial modeling, and delivered insights that supported business strategy and operational improvements. This experience sharpened his technical skills and strengthened his ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely to diverse stakeholders.

Outside of Work

Riley enjoys camping, backpacking, and traveling—always looking for his next trail or adventure. He participates in medieval reenactments through the Society for Creative Anachronism (SCA), where he studies historical combat, craftsmanship, and culture. He’s also an avid board game player and enjoys spending time with friends in and out of nature.
