Meg Post, Director at Adamy Valuation, was featured in Grand Rapids Business Journal’s (GRBJ) Influential Women Newsletter which profiles women in West Michigan who make a difference as leaders and decision makers.
Meg has been with Adamy Valuation since 2007 and provides a full range of valuation advisory services to closely-held businesses, their owners and advisors, and fiduciaries in relation to mergers and acquisitions, employee stock ownership plans, succession planning, tax planning, corporate strategic planning, and financial reporting under US GAAP and IFRS. She has advised ESOP trustees and fiduciaries on complex transactions involving ESOP implementations and sales of ESOP companies. Meg has worked with companies ranging in size from under $5 million in revenues to over $300 million across a broad array of manufacturing, distribution, and service industries.
